JARAMILLO, GABRIEL (BOBBY) SR. A beloved husband, brother, father, grandfather and great- grandfather, Gabriel (known as Bobby to family and friends) was born on April 14, 1932 and entered into Eternal Rest on February 8, 2014 with family at his side. Bobby is survived by his wife, Eloisa (the love of his life); his sons Gabriel Jr. David, Jerry Jaramillo, Pedro and wife Valerie Jaramillo; daughters, Annette and husband Richard Aguilar, Kathy and husband Lorenzo Salas; sisters Fidela Olivas and Clara Sanchez; nine grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. A life-long resident of Albuquerque, he was preceded in death by his parents, Aurelio (Lelo) and Felipita Jaramillo; brothers Rudy Jaramillo, David Jaramillo and Tommy Lopez; and eldest son, Orlando Jaramillo. Bobby was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the U. S. Air Force. Bobby retired after serving 27 years with the Albuquerque Fire Department. Bobby's spiritual thirst for the Lord was to go out and make disciples of many nations and he did this either at Holy Spirit Cathedral with Bishop Orlando Trujillo or being blessed at Family Worship Center with Pastor Steve Ulibarri. Bobby spent time also doing some ministry at Expect A Miracle Ministry ABQ. Bobby will be missed for his kind and gentle heart, delightful sense of humor and his profound love for his family and friends. Pallbearer are Damian Jaramillo, Pedro Jaramillo, Jacob (JJ) Jaramillo and Robert Jaramillo. Honorary Pallbearers are Toby Ortiz, Jose Molina and David Gonzalez. Rosary will be held at Holy Spirit Cathedral, 1001 Barelas Rd. SW at 7:30 pm and a Christian Celebration Service will take place Monday, February 17, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Family Worship Center, 7311 Glenrio Rd. NW.
