LACY, DORIS JAMESON Age 95, a resident of Albuquerque since 1949, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2014. Doris was ever a loving mother and wife who loved a good story and whose laughter always filled the room. She enthusiastically encouraged her children in all their many interests and pursued a lifelong enjoyment of sewing. She was a devout Christian and member of Eastern Hills Baptist Church. Doris is survived by her daughter, Carol Hale of Narrows, Virginia; sons, Doug Lacy of Atlanta, Georgia, and Don Lacy of Eagle River, Alaska; nine grandchildren, and her flock of great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernie Lacy. She is very much missed and will be fondly remembered. Services will be held Friday, February 14, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the missions fund at Eastern Hills Baptist Church in Albuquerque.
