FORRESTER, DONALD H. Age 80, a resident of Albuquerque, died on Thursday, November 14, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Juanice Forrester of Albuquerque, NM; children, Bryce Forrester, Jody Streepy; and Garry Forrester; and seven grandchildren. Don was preceded in death by his sons, Stephen and Larry Forrester. Don served his country with the Navy. Over the course of his life he served as minister of music at several churches in El Paso, Dripping Springs, and Albuquerque. Don was known for his singing voice and often sang the National Anthem for various events. Also served in the athletic community at UTEP and UNM. He was a member of Highland Baptist Church. Services will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2013, 6:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Monday, November 18, 10:15 a.m. Friends may visit Sunday, November 17, 2013, 5:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas.
