MCFADDEN, BEVERLY J. Age 75, and a native New Mexican, passed away gracefully and with dignity, September 12, 2013, surrounded by her four children. She lived with cancer for several years and managed it with prayer and homeopathy. After retirement, Beverly spent her time doing things she was most passionate about. She volunteered at Explora and mentored geriatric medicine students at UNM. Additionally, she held cooking classes teaching seniors to cook for one. Beverly was generous to all she knew with all she had. You knew when you went to Bev's, there was a pot of beans and a pitcher of sweet tea in the frig. She will be missed by everyone she touched, especially her family. Beverly is survived by her daughter Cheryl Wier; son Clifford McFadden and wife Katy; daughter Cydne Roberts and husband Mark; and son Cameron McFadden and wife Sheri; Her grandchildren, Carl, Stacy, Corey and Dylan. great-grandchildren Allyssa, Kayla, Kendall, SkyLain, Brielle, Tobyn; and extended family throughout the country.
