GEISHEIMER, JOANN C. Age 79, a resident of Rio Rancho for 21 years, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2013. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on July 7, 1934, to Nicholas & Phyllis Passalaqua (Rubertucci). She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Erica Marie Geisheimer. Joann is survived by husband, James A. Geisheimer of Rio Rancho, NM; children, Karen Marie Novak and husband, Stan, of Holden, ME, Jean Marie Todd of Richmond, VA, Robert Joseph Geisheimer of Dallas, TX, Eric John Geisheimer of Phoenix, AZ, Elissa Marie Osworth and husband, Reverend Adam, of Guttenberg, IA, John David Geisheimer and wife, Elizabeth, of Glen Allen, VA; grandchildren, Nikki Novak, Joey Novak, John "Lucien" Todd, Michael Todd, Ava Geisheimer, Braeden Geisheimer; brother, Joseph Passalaqua and wife, Nancy, of Evans, GA; brother-in-law, Robert Geisheimer and wife, Eleanore; sister-in-law, Clare Powell. Joann was a devoted member of the Church of the Incarnation. She was a teacher in (CCD), Confraternity of Christian Doctrine and the former head the Lector Ministry. In her spare time she enjoyed painting and decorating her home, needlework and crocheting. Joann will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. The Rosary will be recited at 9:45 am followed with the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am, Saturday, July 20, 2013, at the Church of the Incarnation, 2309 Monterrey Road NE, Rio Rancho, NM.
