JACOBSEN, LARS "ANDY" Age 89, a resident of Albuquerque since 1979, born in New York City, passed away Friday, May 10, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Gunlaug Jacobsen; son, Brian and wife, Reyna Jacobsen of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren, Jaclyn, Antonio, Ashley, and Aaron; great-granddaughter, Felicity; and siblings, Hans, George, Margie and David. Mr. Jacobsen was preceded in death by his parents, Hans and Thora Jacobsen; siblings, Anna, Terry and Helen. Lars was a WWII Veteran and retired as a construction manager with NY City and Lovelace Hospital. Lars was a member of the German-American Club and the Sons of Norway on Staten Island, New York. Services will be held Saturday, May 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at FRENCH - Wyoming. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park.
