REDIGER, G. LLOYD Was born on May 4, 1928 in St. Louis, MO. and transitioned peacefully in his home on Wednesday, March 13, 2013. He will be deeply missed by his spouse, Vera, and his California family, Rich, Heather, Katherine and Sarah. He was a graduate of the University of Minnesota, United Theological Seminary and pursued a doctoral degree in religion and psychology, at Chicago Theological Seminary and the University of Chicago. He was ordained to pastoral ministry by the Presbytery of the Twin Cities, MN and was pastor at North Como Presbyterian church. Lloyd served as Pastoral Counselor to clergy and their families, founding and directing the Office of Pastoral Services under the aegis of the Wisconsin Conference of Churches. Lloyd authored seven books and monthly journal columns. He led seminars and was a trainer for command chaplains of the Air Force. His military duty was served in Korea. Lloyd loved words, music and nature where God's Light resides. Memorial Services will be held at Sandia Presbyterian Church, 10704 Paseo Del Norte Blvd. N.E. on Sunday, April 7, 2013 at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Presbyterian Hospice, 8300 Constitution Ave. N.E. ABQ., 87110, or Ghost Ranch, 401 Old Taos Highway, Santa Fe, N.M. 87501.
