RUTHERFORD, TOMMY HAYES Age 66, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Carmen; daughter, Anna-Marie; and three sons, Johnny, Jason, and Jesse. Tommy served in the Marines, Army, and Navy. He retired from the United States Navy as a Master Chief Petty Officer. He was a highly decorated veteran that served two tours in Vietnam, Operation Desert Storm, Grenada, as well as many other operations. He proudly served his country and was a loving, devoted father who wanted nothing but the best for his family. Cremation has taken place and no services are being held.
