HESTER, KATHRYN MARIE On Saturday, January 5, 2013 the angels came and took Kathryn Marie Hester home at age 81. Kathryn was born in Smiley, Texas on June 4, 1931. She is survived by her three daughters, Jeri Walker and husband Will, Sherry Scott and husband Rob, and Teri Gutierrez; eight grandchildren; and 11 greatgrands. Kathryn lived her life to the fullest with a wonderful sense of humor and a sharp wit. She was known for her fiesty firecraker attitude. She had a warm loving heart, a wonderful smile, and great big blue eyes. She was loved by many and will be missed. The memorial service will be held on January 8, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church. With a celebration of new life reception to follow at St. Paul.
