KINTZINGER, PAUL RAYMOND Born Aug. 2, 1927, Dubuque, Iowa - Died Dec. 2, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents John Kintzinger and Catherine Anderson; brothers Warren, Charles, and John. Paul was a loving gentle soul with deep devotion to his family. His request was to pass in his home with his loyal dogs Bear and Star by his side. He was a U.S. Navy Captain. He went from his junior year in HS into Harvard - BS: 1948, earning his M.S.Yale: 1950 and his Ph.D. in Geophysics, 1956 NM Tech. He married Mollie Summers: 1954. Surviving him are his children Katrina, Alice, Sarah, Richard and Alice's sons Cole and Cody. Richard who lived with and took care of Daddy since his bypass 12 years ago, provided constant care this last year, taking family leave to stay with Daddy the last months of his life until his last breath. For that the rest of the family is deeply grateful.
