CORLEY, VERA E. passed away November 24, 2012. Vera was born in New York City and was raised on a ranch outside of Roswell, NM. Vera has been an Albuquerque resident since 1978. She was preceded in death by her parents; Wiley "Don" Williams and Eleanor Williams of Roswell, NM and one brother; Donald Williams of Colorado. She is survived by her loving husband Wayne Corley, Daughter; Mary Whitlow & Son-in-Law; Donnie, Son; Frank Jones and Daughter-in-Law; Vada, two grandsons; Justin Whitlow (wife Julie) and Joshua Whitlow, two great grandchildren; Avery and Wyatt Whitlow, two stepsons; Lance Corley and Scott Corley, one brother; Joe Williams and wife Judy of Clovis, NM, two sisters; Mary Robinson of Virginia and Carmela Godby of Roswell, NM and numerous nieces and nephews. Vera enjoyed being an integral part of Way Cor Redi Mix, Inc., a company she helped co-found with Wayne. She relished talking to the customers and loved all the employees who became family over the years. In later years she was a veracious reader of books and loved to see her friends at the casino and play slots. Her laughter and keen humor will be sorely missed by family and friends. Services for Vera will be held Thursday, November 29 at French Westside at 10 a.m. with burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
