LUJAN, IRENE MARIE Was born on July 3, 1957 in Albuquerque, NM and passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at the age of 55. Irene was simple down to earth, always putting family first, before herself. She never expected anything back in return. She enjoyed going on walks, watching the E News, listening to oldies and eating Italian food. Irene also was an active member of St. Anne's Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband Robert Segura; sons Lawrence Lujan, Martin Lujan and wife Angel, Ruben Lujan and Danielle and Steven; daughter Victoria Herrera and husband Mario; grandchildren Gabby, Dominic, A.J., Martin Jr., Matthew, Angelique, Noah and Lawrence Jr.; brother Joe Lujan; sisters Alice and husband Robert, Mary, Virginia and Samuel, Theresa and Alfred, Barbara and Felix; family pet Girly; as well as other family and friends who loved and will miss her. Services will be held at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd SW on Wednesday, October 17, 2012. A Rosary will be recited at 8:15 am with a Mass of Christian burial following at 9:00 am. Burial will take place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7999 Wyoming Blvd NE. Arrangements by Direct Services, 2919 4th St, Albuquerque. 505-343-8008
