DVORAK -- JAMES J. (JIM) age 90, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away Friday, August 10, 2012. He is proceeded in death by his son, Richard Dvorak, and great-granddaughter, Bryn Dvorak. He is survived by his wife, Gen Dvorak, sons Jim, Dave, and Bob Dvorak, and daughter Mary Foglesong. He was blessed to have 13 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Rosary and Memorial Service will be 6:00 pm, Monday August 13, 2012. at Daniels Family Funeral Services, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday August 16, 2012 at Risen Savior Catholic Church at 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Inurnment is at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Thursday, 3:00 pm August 16, 2012. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Jim's honor to The American Lung Association.
