She was born on March 6, 1936 to Margarito and Sinforosa Maes in Monte Vista, CO. She became a Franciscan Sister in 1950. A Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 1, 2012 at Sanders Funeral Home, 1420 Main St., Lubbock, TX. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 9821 Frankford Ave., Lubbock, TX 79424. Burial will follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park.
