SALAZAR -- RAMONA SUE "AUNT SUE" Went home to be with the Lord in the early morning of May 7, 2012. She was blessed with 92 years in this life, born January 11, 1920. Ramona was a loving wife, daughter, sister, auntie, godmother, cousin, sister-in-law, and friend to many. She will be greatly missed. Ramona was preceded in death by her husband, Phil Salazar; parents, Lorenzo Ballejos and Carmelita Aragon; sister, Bessie Vicenta Chavez Ballejos Baldonado Franco, Gloria Portillos, Albert Portillos. She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Robert Aragon, Martha Chadwick, Gilbert Rael, Larry Gutierrez, Mary Francis Pohl Wood, Eli Garcia and Jeannette Garcia; nephews, Joseph, Robert, and Fidel Baldonado; nieces, Viola Mesa, Carmen Baldonado, Theresa Baldonado, and Inez Francia; grandnieces and nephews; great-grandnieces and nephews; great-great-grandnieces and nephews. Rosary will be recited 7:00 p.m. Saturday, May 12, 2012 at John XXIII Catholic Community Church, 4831 Tramway Ridge Dr. NE. Mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 14, 2012 at John XXIII Catholic Community Church. Interment will be in San Lorenzo Catholic Church Cemetery, Mountainair, (Abo), NM at a later date.
