SANCHEZ -- FLORENCE M. Was born in Albuquerque, NM and passed away on Saturday April 21, 2012 at the age of 72. Florence was preceded in death by her beloved ex-husband, Horacio Sanchez; son, Joseph "Hughie" Sanchez; sisters, Lena, Phyllis, Amalia, Tita; and brother, Braulio. She is survived by her children, Christine Lucero and husband Mike, and Billy Sanchez and wife Lucille; granddaughter, Angela and fiance Alex; great-granddaughters, Delania, Mariah, Mariza, Ali, and Desiree; grandsons, Mike and Marcelino; great-grandson, Michael "PoPo"; brother, Robert Garcia and wife Gloria; sister, Jenny Duran; her special niece, Mary Jane; special aunt, Dorella; as well as many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends who love and will miss her. Services are being held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, 1860 Griegos Road NW. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday April 25, 2012 at 6:30pm followed by a Rosary being recited at 7:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday April 26, 2012 at 9:00am with burial to immediately follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
