VAUGHN -- GLEN "LEON" Age 69, of Farmington, passed away April 1st in Farmington. He was born April 4, 1942 in Albuquerque to Gene and Alice Vaughn. He left an impression on the hearts of many. He showed love, respect and compassion for his sons, Cody and Dean, who were his pride and joy. He loved car racing, spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed spending the days outdoors fishing and camping. He was a hard worker and very helping to others. He lived life to the fullest, he was able to leave this world with ease. He will be truly missed by all family and friends. Leon was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Jim Vaughn and a son, Waylon Gene Vaughn and a grandchild. He is survived by sons, Dean Vaughn of Farmington, Cody Vaughn of Farmington, and Lonnie Vaughn of Washington; daughters, Lea Vaughn of Albuquerque, Calista Bernal-Barry of Farmington, Stephanie Bernal of Albuquerque, and Lisa Benally of Gallup. Also surviving are sisters Judy Mobley of Texas and Norma Hamilton of Colorado; and numerous grandchildren. Memorial services for Leon will be held on Monday, April 9th at 10:00 a.m. at Brewer, Lee & Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E. Ute Street, Farmington.
