RUSSELL -- WAYNE E. 68, a resident of Taos, NM, died on Tuesday, February 7th, 2012. He is survived by his daughters Casey and Carrie. Wayne was a life-long railroad man who was known for his giving nature and for being passionately loyal to his friends and family. Donations can be made to the Wayne E. Russell Memorial Scholarship fund with the AREMA foundation.
