GUZMAN -- RUBEN 1959-2012 Age 52, a resident of Belen, passed away on Friday, January 27, 2012. He was a member of The Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers 791. Ruben was preceded in death by his father, Joe Guzman; brothers, Arthur Guzman, and Richard Guzman. He is survived by his mother, Brigida Guzman of Rio Rancho; wife, Sandra Guzman; sons, David Torrez and wife Kristin, and Leroy Torrez and wife Josette and son Michael Guzman; sisters, Linda Molina, Becky Herrera, Mercy Gonzales, and Lorraine Garcia; ten grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at Noblin Funeral Service Belen Chapel on Wednesday, Feb. 1, at 6:30 p.m., followed by a Rosary. A Celebration of Ruben's life willed held at Calvary Chapel of the Rio Grande Valley on Thursday, Feb. 2, at 11:00 a.m., with a reception to follow. Honorary pallbearers are Pancho Herrera, Chris Molina, Tinker Gonzales, David Torrez, Leroy Torrez, Paul Herrera, Brian Gonzales, Robert Gonzales, Christopher Molina, Michael Garcia Jr., Stevie Guzman, Anthony Carrillo, Richard Sanchez, James Guzman, Gabriel Guzman, Ben Montiel, Jack Osborne, Jakob David Torrez, and David Jovan Torrez Jr. Arrangements are being handled by the caring professionals at the Noblin Funeral Service Belen Chapel, 418 W.
