GARCIA -- SARAH S. Age 95 years on earth, passed away January 23, 2012, after a short illness. Sarah was preceded in death by her husband, J. Frank Garcia and her daughter, Kathryn Rose Padilla. She was the third oldest of 14 children and is survived by two brothers and one sister. She is also survived by a large loving family including three surviving children, Dan Garcia and wife, Marilyn, Patt Howard, and Frank Garcia and wife, Thea, all of Albuquerque. She was surrounded in love by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. Rosary is scheduled for 6:00 p.m., Friday, January 27, 2012, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 28, 2012. Both services will take place at St. Therese of the Little Flower Church. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to Presbyterian Hospice.
