CHAVEZ -- AVI PIERCE Born on 12-31-11 Went to be with our perfect Father on 01-21-12 His name, Avi, means my Father; Pierce, the little stone; Chavez, dream maker. He is survived by his loving, grieving parents, Miranda Mccoy and Avelino Chavez; his siblings, Malachai and Jane; his grandparents, Gregory and Grace Mccoy and Emilio and Elena Chavez. His mother loved him dearly. She celebrated the joy she experienced in the brief time she had with him. She nursed him at her breast and believed he was perfect in every way. She and her family believe the pain of his loss is tempered knowing he is in the presence of the Lord. He will live in our hearts always. We love you Avi. Vaya con Dios. There will be a visitation at Daniels Funeral Home, 9420 4th St NW, on Wednesday, January 25th, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. and the funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m.
