CORDOBA -- ARMANDO M. SR. Age 78, native of Albuquerque, passed away Saturday October 29th at his home surrounded by his immediate family. He was born April 25, 1933. He married his teenage sweetheart, Antonia, in 1952. He was preceded in death by his three sons, Refugio, Abenicio and Armando Jr., and his son-in-law, Tracy Wilson. He is survived by his wife; three daughters; ten grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; his beloved Chow dog, Oso. Rosary will take place 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2nd at St. Bernadette's Catholic Church, Indian School Road and Martha. Services will take place 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 3rd at St. Bernadette's followed by burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Antonio Cordova, Francisco Cordoba, Lucas Cordoba, Dr. Kirk Manson, Victor Martinez, Yasmany Fuentes. His youngest grandchildren, Ezequiel and Moises, will serve as honorary pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made to the South Valley Young Marines, c/o Ernie Pyle Middle School/Michaella Ferrari, 1820 Valdora Drive SW, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87105.
