STARKOVICH -- ELLEN A. Age 82, a resident of Edgewood, NM, died into the loving arms of the sacred of heart of Jesus, Sunday, October 2, 2011 surrounded by her family. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, William Starkovich; daughters, Danise (John) Burke and Carla (James) Fedor; sons, William (Kim) Starkovich, Jr. and Matt (Diane) Starkovich; nine grandchildren, Milissa, Mary, Aly, Tony, Leanne, Ida, Tommy, Jimmy and Billy; three great-grandchildren, Dash, Pressley and Cally; brother, Patrick (Connie) Berry; and many other family and friends. Ellen was preceded in death by her son, John Starkovich; her parents, John and Aileen Berry; brothers, John, Jr., Tom, Eugene, and Daniel; and sister, Marjorie. Ellen had a steadfast faith and was a devoted member of the Catholic Church. She believed that no matter what life brought, God and family came first and you were always there for each other during the good and the bad times. Rosary will be recited Thursday, October 6, 2011, 7:00 p.m. at Holy Child Catholic Church, 19 Camino Del Santo Nino Tijeras, NM 87059, with visitation one hour prior, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 7, 2011, 10:00 a.m. at Holy Child Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Mount Carmel Catholic Cemetery on Green Rd in Moriarty, NM.
