BAKER -- DAVID CLAIR Age 82, resident of Albuquerque, NM, passed away October 3, 2011. Dave was born July 1, 1929 in Edmeston, NY, son of Harry Baker and Frances Payne. He was preceded by his first wife, Betsy Ann Vrooman. He is survived by two daughters, JoAnn Baker of Sidney, NY and Wendy Blakelock and husband Douglas of Johnstown, PA; grandsons, Timothy Blakelock and wife Kristin, and Adam Blakelock; great-grandson, Levi James Blakelock. Dave was an alumnus of Syracuse University, BSEE. He was Director of Engineering at Bendix Aerospace Division in Sidney. He assisted with the Division's move to Jacksonville, FL in 1982-83. Dave and his present wife Mary Reynolds Baker were married in 1989. Dave was a member of the Sidney Golf and Country Club in Sidney and Tanoan Country Club in Albuquerque. The Graveside Service and Burial will be at The Prospect Hill Cemetery in Sidney, NY, at the convenience of the family.
