SAMORA -- DAVID Telecom Pioneer went home at 3:00 pm on September 6, 2011. Our heavenly Father escorted David Samora to his eternal home in Heaven. David, born December 29, 1944, was a telecom pioneer, servicing the Albuquerque area for 40 years. He established D M Communications in 1991, instilling the motto "take care of the customers." He is survived by his children; Reeni Duran of Artesia, Davy and Elisa Samora of Rio Rancho, Danny and Rosa Samora of Placitas, Rhonda Molina, Roxi Samora and Elodia Samora of Albuquerque; grandchildren; Beatrice Reza, Dakota Duran, Stormy Molina, Molly Samora, David Samora III, Devin Samora, Lexie Samora, Ezekiel Reza, Victoria Reza and Treasure Molina; great-granddaughter Marissa Samora; former wife Rachel Samora; brother; Rudy Samora; sisters Viola Lopez, Nora Baca, Ida Ornelas, Janie Samora; nephew Steve Alaniz were by his side during his journey. He was greeted in Heaven by his mom and dad Ajello and Elodia Samora, brothers; Gilbert Alaniz, AG Samora Jr., Ronny Samora, and Lawrence Samora; sister Katy Dominguez. He touched the lives of so many people and will be missed dearly. His services will be as follows: Rosary at Daniel's Funeral Home at 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM at 6:00 PM on Monday, September 12, 2011, and Mass at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5303 Phoenix NE, Albuquerque, NM at 10:00 AM Tuesday, September 13, 2011. Pallbearers are Dakota Duran, Stormy Molina, Devin Samora, David Samora III, Ezekiel Reza and John Samora. Honorary Pallbearers are Leo Pacheco, Louie Barrera and Zaylan Baker.
