He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Carl Marvin Jr. and Mary Cecelia Wiggins of Beaumont, Texas, and Elizabeth Olson and Oscar Olson of Brazoria, Texas and uncle Peter W. Wiggins. He is survived by his mother Caroline (Olson) Wiggins; and father Carl M. Wiggins of Friendswood, Texas; and by uncles: Richard G. Wiggins, John A. Wiggins, Thomas M. Wiggins; and numerous aunts and cousins. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. followed by funeral service at 2:30 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway Webster, Texas 77598.
