CHAVEZ -- Jennie T. Bourguet Chavez, 81, a resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2011. Mrs. Chavez is survived by her daughter, Theresa Gutierrez; brother, Jeff Bourguet; sister, Peggy Valdez; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mrs. Chavez was preceded in death by a daughter, Charlotte A. Chavez. Mrs. Chavez was a member of the Catholic Church and was a member of the San Ignacio Catholic Church Choir. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2011, at San Ignacio Catholic Church, 1300 Walter, NE, with a Rosary to be recited at 10:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial follow the Rosary and will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Monsignor Leo Lucero, presider.
