He and Nancy made beautiful furniture, Santa's and knickknacks for years under the name "Our House Creations." Jelly was a founding member of the San Pedro Church of Christ, attended Montgomery Church of Christ and presently attends Netherwood Church of Christ. He loved to read, do hard crossword puzzles (in pen only!), play the guitar, camp, play word games - he always won because of doing crosswords! Celebration services will be held at Netherwood Park Church of Christ, 5101 Indian School Road NE (I-40 at San Mateo exit south) on Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. with David Nestor officiating. The family asks that you write any memories you have of Jelly and bring them or you can write them there. The family asks you to join them for lunch after the service in the Netherwood Gym celebrating Jelly's long, remarkable life.
