GARCIA -- Roberto Garcia, 97, died peacefully on Saturday January 1, 2011 in Albuquerque, NM where he resided for several years. He was preceded in death by his wife Juanita Garcia. Roberto is survived and much loved by daughters: Barbara Garcia and husband, Antonio, Margaret DeLong and Norma Jean Sepulveda and husband, Tony; and six grandchildren: Robert Garcia, Susan Flores, Shannon Ludeman, Sonia Sepulveda, Anthony Sepulveda, and Ana Sepulveda; and one great-grandchild, Robert Flores. He was employed by Kennecott Corp. in Hurley for many years and was a councilman for the town of Central, NM in his early years.
