BRANEFF -- Mary Katherine Braneff, 51, died December 16, 2010 in Cal-Cam Hospital. She was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico and lived in Merryville, La. She was a member of Eastern Heights Baptist Church in DeQuincy and loved her dogs. Survivors include her husband, George Randall "Randy" Braneff; three sons, George "Duce" Randall Braneff II and fience' Emily of DeQuincy, Layon Braneff and Logan Braneff; daughter Ashleigh Braneff of Lake Charles; twp brothers, Rex Rice and wife, Debbie of St. Louis, MO., and William "Bill" Rice Jr., and wife, Paula of Albuquerque, NM.; one niece Kathleen; and two grandchildren, Tyler and Braylon. A memorial service will be Monday, December 20, 2010 at 6:00 p.m., in Eastern Heights Baptist Church in DeQuincy.
