JAQUAY -- John T. Jaquay, 82, a 49 year resident of Albuquerque, passed away November 26, 2010 at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born one of 15 children, April 14, 1928, in Pittsburg, PA. He enlisted in the U. S. Army, where he served three years in Germany. After his service in the Army, he then enlisted in the U. S. Air Force, from which he retired in 1968 with a total of 20 years of honorable service. After his military service, he worked as a machinist for the Santa Fe Railroad for 15 years, when he retired a second time. He is survived by his six children, Stephen, Sharon, Laurie, Marilyn, Nancy and Leland; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and his beloved pet cat, Baby. Visitation begins at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 1, 2010 with Funeral services at 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112.
