GIROUX -- Clyde V. Giroux, Jr. died September 28, 2010 in Tucson, AZ. He was born in Hollywood, CA to Clyde Sr. and Oleta Giroux on August 7, 1944 and lived in Westchester all his childhood. He played little league through American Legion baseball, always as his father for a manager. He played football with the Westchester HS Comets. When he graduated from high school, he, along with some of his buddies enlisted in the Army where he did a tour in Korea and then volunteered to go to Viet Nam as a medic. He worked for Roto Rooter for many years in California, Colorado, and retiring in Arizona. He worked for A-1 Sewer and Drain here in New Mexico. He is survived by his two sons, Scott and Michael (fiance Valerie); and his beloved Dixie; He also leaves his brother, Bruce Giroux from Manhattan, NY; sister Sharon Hill (Roy) from Hawthorne, CA; and sister Kat Giroux from Rio Rancho; brother-in-law, Henry Chavez; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and youngest sister, Debbie Chavez. A celebration of his life will he held at the home of his sister, Kat on October 16, 2010. Another celebration will be held in January in California for all his friends and relatives throughout the United Sates and especially the "Crimson Rangers" who have supported his family during this difficult time. He lived a great life and will be missed. Entombment will be at a later date in Sunset Memorial Cemetary.
