LIND -- Anthony J. Lind passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2010. He was 46 years old. He was a loving husband, father, brother, son and son-in-law. Anthony was proud of his work as a residential builder for Sivage Thomas Homes, Pulte Homes, and Scott Patrick Homes. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Marie Satches; grandmother Louise Lind; father Charles Lind; and brother Christopher Lind. He is survived by his loving wife Jennifer; and two sons, Keaton and Dalton; his mother Theresa Knevitt and husband Robert; parents-in-law, Gerald and Marilyn Hokanson; brother David Lind and wife Sabrena and sons Ron Weber and Alan Lind; sister Lisa Lucero and husband Richard and son Max and daughter Leslie; step-sister Twyla Knevitt; aunts, Frances Salazar, Rita Lind, Jenny Ellis, Iris Hershberger and Kathy Lind; uncles, Edgar Roque, Joe Lind, Tom Ellis, and Ray Lind. Cremation has taken place. Services were held on Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., at Shepherd of the Valley Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund in the form of a scholarship account for Anthony's sons has been established through Scholar's Edge.
