RECKER -- Richard L. Recker, 80, resident of Rio Rancho, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2010. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Margaret; children, Linda Ostrowski and husband, Dan of Mesa, AZ, John Recker and wife, Gabrielle of Murphy, TX, Mary Martinez and husband, Gary of Cedar Crest, Daniel Recker of FL, James Recker of Rio Rancho and fiance, Christina Aragon of Veguita, Robert Recker of FL, Susan Davidson and husband, Alan of NY, Michael Recker of Rio Rancho, and Mark Recker and wife, Heidi of FL; ten grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. Richard served in the Korean War with the US Air Force, 806th (SAC). "Pops" was a loving husband and father and will be dearly missed. Rosary will be recited Friday, September 3, 2010, at 7:00 p.m., at French - Westside Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, September 4, 2010, at 9:00 a.m., at Church of the Incarnation, 2309 Monterrey Rd. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7999 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Friends may visit French - Westside Chapel, Friday, September 3, 2010, one hour prior to rosary.
