PRICE -- Margaret S. Price, 79, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, July 29, 2010. She is survived by daughters, Randine Hughes and husband, Brian, of Santa Fe and Katy Lunsford and husband, Greg, of Chesapeake, VA; grandchildren, Krista, Leonard and Jamie Hughes, John, Beth and Scott Lunsford; and other family and friends. Mrs. Price was preceded in death by her husband, John A "Jack" Price. Margaret was born in Madison, WI. She graduated from Luther College in 1952 and moved to Albuquerque to begin her teaching career. After marrying Jack, they moved to Nebraska for him to attend college and seminary. Margaret and Jack returned to their beloved Albuquerque in 1967. Margaret was active in the Lutheran church and a life member of the International Conference of Police Chaplains. Services will be held Saturday, August 7, 2010 10:00 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 1701 Arroyo Chamiso, Santa Fe with Rev Benjamin Larzelere III officiating.
