LOVATO -- Joe V. Lovato, age 93, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on Monday, June 7, 2010. Joe is survived by his sons, Joe, and his wife Arlene, Anthony; and his wife Karen; sisters, Annita Martin, Dina Davis; brothers, Roger and Gilbert; grandchildren, Aaron, Christopher, Martin, Molly, David, Alethia, Kaitlin, Amanda, Stephanie, and Joey; and great-grandchildren, Vivienne, Nola, Kyler, and Brycen. He was preceded in death by his partner in life, Edwina; son, Le Roy; brothers, Morris, Lee, Mike, and Ralph; sister, Mary; and granddaughter, Lesa. Joe was born in Ft. Collins, CO, and was a WWII veteran who served in Africa and Italy. He was a bricklayer and loved his work which can be seen throughout New Mexico. Joe was loved by his family and will be dearly missed. A Rosary will be held Thursday, June 10, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at French ~ Wyoming Chapel, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. Friends and family may visit one hour prior to Rosary. Mass will be held Friday, June 11, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Church of The Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE., with burial to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 7999 Wyoming Blvd. N.E.
