HOLLIE -- David Lewis Hollie, 62, a resident of Albuquerque since 1996, died Saturday, May 29, 2010. He is survived by his spouse, Dee Moya Hollie of Albuquerque; two step-daughters; three step-sons; ten step-grandchildren; ten step-great-grandchildren of Albuquerque and the surrounding area; sisters and brothers; nieces, nephews and many friends. David was preceded in death by his daughter, Davina Hollie Green. David was born September 19, 1947, in Hollandale, Mississippi. He joined the U.S. Army on May 17, 1966, and is a veteran of two tours in Vietnam. He pursued a music career in Nashville, Tennessee, for a period of time then made his way to Albuquerque, NM, where he met and married his wife Dee. David and Dee made a lot of special memories motorcycle riding and RV'ing. Services will be held Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. at French Mortuary at 1111 University Blvd. NE.
