CHAVEZ -- John (Johnny) J. Chavez, 43, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on May 13, 2010 with his loving family at his side. Johnny is survived by his parents, Robert Jr. and Ruth Chavez; any many extended family members. Johnny was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert Sr. and Della Chavez, and Ramon A. and Sofia Sanchez; and his cousins, Joseph Sanchez, Johnny Esparza Jr., Julian Esparza, and Tracy Beauchamp. Visitation will be Monday, May 17, 2010 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, 5415 Fortuna NW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final visitation will be Tuesday at the Church from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Father Gene Gries, presider. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Allan Sanchez, Raymond Sanchez, Martin Montano, Michael Montoya, Dominic Maldonado, and Louie Maldonado Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be the C.A.R. C. staff.
