KOLMAN -- Steven Neil Kolman We are thankful to have had Steve Kolman with us from November 24, 1956 to May 3, 2010. He always had a bright smile with great dimples and a twinkle in his eye and we loved him dearly. He was an Air Force brat, a biker and a computer geek and had a MA Degree in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technologies from UNM where he earned a 3.5 GPA. He graduated from the American Motorcycle Institute in Daytona FL., the School of Ministry, the Servant Shepard School and was licensed to minister the Gosple. He was a visiting pastor for churches in the Valdosta GA area and his fervent prayer was that others know the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. He was a member of the Sports Car Club of America and a fan of motor car racing. He hung his hat in many places but called Albq. home for most of his life and worked for the US Forest Service in Computer Technical Support as an Informational Technology Specialist. He is survived by his mother Geraldine (Jeri) Kolman; brother Sam Kolman; sister Shelley Smith and husband Patrick Smith; nieces, Emily Smith, and Ellen Smith; and nephew Neil Smith. His father C. Neil Kolman preceded him in death. His nickname was Tigger because he was truly the only one. In lieu of flowers we request donations be sent to the Wycliffe Bible translators at Wycliffe.org in his name. Memorial services will be held at Northdale Baptist Church at 123 Osuna Road NW on Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. with a reception following.
