SHELTON -- Brooke Nicole Shelton of Edgewood, NM, went to be with our Lord and Savior on May 4, 2010 at the age of 28. Brooke was born in Ruidoso, NM, on October 5, 1981, attended La Cueva High School, received a teaching degree from UNM and married the love of her life, Jason Shelton. Brooke was a faithful servant to her Lord Jesus Christ and was a blessing to all who knew her. She was a wonderful wife and an awesome mother. Brooke home-schooled her children and taught them to love the Lord. Her enjoyment for life and beautiful smile was contagious. Brooke's strength, courage, and determination were an amazing example of a life lived through Christ. She will be greatly missed, but her spirit will live on through her four beautiful children. We know Brooke is smiling over us and she is forever in our hearts, until we meet her again. Brooke is survived by her husband, Jason; her children, Mariah, Savannah, JJ, and Allison; her mother and stepfather Donna and Matt Blinn; her father, Steve Williams; brothers, John and Matthew; sister, Jordan; grandparents, Nita Burke and Dave and Charlotte Williams along with numerous aunts, uncles, and extended family members. A Celebration of Brooke's life will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at Mountain Valley Church, 5 Dinkle Rd, Edgewood, NM 87015. French 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE (505) 275-3500
