MILLIGAN -- Cecilia Milligan died on Saturday, April 17, 2010 in Albuquerque, NM. She was born in Manzano, NM on January 7, 1942 and resided in Albuquerque, NM. Cecilia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She was dearly loved and will be missed. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ignacio Chavez and Antonia Chavez; and one sister, Ermalinda Torres. Cecilia is survived by her husband, Raymond Milligan; daughter, Lorraine Milligan; sons, Jason Milligan, and Isaac Milligan and his wife, Pamela Milligan; 11 grandchildren, Robert, Candace, Brian, Penelope, Helena, Jenahsis, Noreyha, Nikki, Ian, Ivan, and Donavon; one brother, Tiburcio Chavez and wife, Amy Chavez, and two sisters, Carol Borders and husband, Carl Borders, and Leonicia Torres; as well as many more dear relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 109 Waterfall Dr, SE, Abq, NM, Off of Old 66 East of Tramway on Wednesday, April 21, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th St, NW, Abq, 87107. 505-343-8008.
