RIDENOUR -- Odbert Frederick Ridenour, 72, loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away, Sunday, March 28, 2010. He was born November 16, 1937 in Dellslow, West Virginia a son of Okey Densil and Iva Bell Rhodes Ridenour. He married Nancy Ann Chipps, July 18, 1958 in Oakland, Maryland. Survivors include his wife of Albuquerque; two sons and one daughter, Frederick M. and his wife, Millie Ridenour, Brandon, MS; Beverly and her husband, Cecil Mewhorter, Apache Junction, AZ; Jeffrey and his wife, Debra Ridenour, Moriarty; six grandchildren, Michael, Shauna, Christopher, Elizabeth, Kevin, and Jennifer; and 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Clarence Ridenour, Morgantown, WV; five sisters; Loretta (Byron) Boyles, Moatsville, WV; Tina (Norman) Kronjaeger, Fairmont, WV; Iva L. Taralla, Rivesville, WV; Carolyn (Bill) Kinkaid, Morgantown, WV; Terry Ashburn, Fairmont, WV. He was preceded in death by his parents; five brothers and one sister, Densil, Thurman, Carl, John, Robert, and Virginia. A visitation for friends and family will be held Monday, April 5, 2010 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, Lomas Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the mortuary.
