MEADOR -- Walter G. Meador, 91, of Albuquerque passed away April 3, 2010. He was born in Ellington, Mo. to Walter and Della Meador on July 10, 1918. Walter worked for the Atomic Energy Commission in Los Alamos for six years and spent the remaining years of his working life at Kirtland Air Force Base as a civilian employee in Administrative Computing. He is survived by his two daughters, Sally Roberts and husband Don of Santa Fe, Sherry Pincus of Gilroy, California; son, Michael Meador and wife Genieve of Dickinson, Texas; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and numerous extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Elizabeth; and daughter Susan. Private family burial per his wishes.
