PEREA -- Mr. Mariano "Steve" Perea, 51, proud owner of Pereas Janitorial, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2010. He was called home to be with the Lord and his loving parents, Arsenio and Rosemary Perea. He is survived by his loving daughter, Jeanette Cuevas and her husband Adam and their three beautiful children Adan, Selena, and Anthony. He is survived by his ex-wife, Prescilla Salazar and husband Thomas. He is survived by his sister, Jesusita "Cita" Anaya and husband, Ralph; his niece, Emily M. Werley and son, Julian Gallegos; nephew, Arsenio Anaya and fiancee, Erika and their three children Brianna, Mariah and Joaquin. He is also survived by his beloved aunt, Helen Yanni; and several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. His longtime friend and employee Linda Potter and also longtime friend who looked to Mariano as a father figure, Richard Baca. Funeral services for Mr. Perea will be held on Wednesday at the St. Jude Parish Church, a Rosary will be recited at 10:00 a.m. Followed by celebration of the Mass at St. Jude Parish Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd NW.
