Lela is survived by her husband, Anselmo C De Baca. Lela was married 51 years. Also survived by her daughters, Cathy Garcia and husband, Steve, Becky Gonzales and husband, Dave; grandchildren, Desiree Harwood and husband, Johnny, Javier Gonzales, Marcos Gonzales and Andres Gonzales; brothers, Charlie Sanchez and Fernando Sanchez and wife, Virginia; sisters, Cecelia Chavez, Eloisa Salas and husband, Lupe and Vangie Delwiche. She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She attended Heaven Bound Ministries where she touched the lives of countless people. Viewing will be held Saturday, October 31,2009 at 1:00 p.m. and the service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Heaven Bound Ministries located at 4311 12th St NW.
