CHAVEZ -- Apolinario Chavez (Paul) passed away at the age of 67 on August 28, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife Katherine Chavez; and brother Evaristo Chavez. He is survived by his brother Antonio Chavez; his son James B Chavez; daughter-in-law Melissa Chavez; two grandsons, James P Chavez and Damian J Chavez; and his best friend Marcus. Thank you to DCI for 30 plus years of wonderful care. Special Thanks to all his friends, family, and loved ones. P-Pa, you will be missed. We Love You!
