MADRID -- Celestina "Sally" Madrid, 80, went to be with our Lord on Wednesday, September 2nd. She was predeceased by her husband, Ambrose; son, Richard; grandson, Adrian; parents, Alejandro and Carolina Chavez; sister, Marcella Ortega; and brothers, Gilbert and Alex Chavez. Sally is survived by her sons: Anthony Madrid and wife, Mary, Joseph Madrid and wife, Cathy, Alfred Madrid and wife, Cathy; daughters: Diane Madrid and husband, Joseph, Bernadette Madrid and husband, Vincent; 1 brother; 3 sisters; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends. A Rosary will be Friday at 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Life Celebration Mass will also be at Sacred Heart and will be Saturday at 10:00 am with Burial following at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers: Jimmy Barros, Michael Barros, Frank Gallegos, Mark Madrid, Alex Ortega and Peter Chavez.
