LUCAS -- Kenneth Ray Lucas, 51, passed away July 5, 2009. Kenneth was born in Birmingham, Alabama in 1957 and was a resident of Albuquerque. Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of ten years, Del Reanne; his parents Frank and Sis Lucas; daughters Presley Lane Lucas and Chandler Rhys Lucas; and one brother James Edward Lucas. Kenneth and his wife own and operate Granite Transformations, The ABQ Home and Lifestyle EXPO and Vanguard Properties. Kenneth was an entrepreneur, a pilot, professional water skier, and pioneer in the fitness industry. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was a devoted temple worker in the Albuquerque Temple. Visitation will be this evening July 8, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Daniels Family Funeral Services Wyoming Chapel. Funeral Service will be conducted Thursday July 9, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 11750 San Victorio NE. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Reception following interment at the church.
