ZIMMERMAN -- Mary Margaret Zimmerman, 99, of Albuquerque, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2009. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was born in Denver, CO on March 26, 1910. Margaret was married to Edward Shacklette and following his death, she married Aubrey Hanks. After Mr. Hanks passed away, Margaret married George J. Zimmerman on February 17, 1987. He passed away on February 24, 1997. Margaret was a member of the Pythian Order and had served as Past Grand Chancellor to the Sunshine Girls. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 1, 2009, 10:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel. Cremation has taken place and interment was held at Sunset Memorial Park.
