MCGUIRE -- Clelia M. McGuire, 82, a resident of Rio Rancho passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2009. Clelia was born September 28, 1926 the daughter of Guy and Lucille Lamb Shoemaker in Wichita, Kansas. Clelia married her high school sweetheart, Jack W. McGuire. He preceded her in death in 1996. Prior to moving to Rio Rancho in 1992, Clelia and her husband lived in Ojo Caliente, NM. There she had a large flower and vegetable garden and continued to express her creativity through quilting and crocheting. She is survived by her children, Cheryl McGuire of Rio Rancho, Patrick McGuire of Rio Rancho, and Martin McGuire of Albuquerque; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Monday, April 27, 2009 at 2:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho.
